Buyer paid separately..

in Ebay, auctions, car boot sales, post & parcels
I've just had a newbie buyer pay for 3 items separately.

I did send her a combined invoice but she says she didn't get it!

If I refund her (Paypal) will I be able to send another combined invoice?

    Just work out what refund you need to give them for the P&P and then refund that off one of the items in PayPal.

    I know Valli which is why I wondered if I could 'start again' for her.

    I've waited 4 days for payment as it is. I think I'll just send them all separately.

    Send them together and give her a partial refund, so you're not out of pocket. Then block her;)

    You can leave separate feedback for each item anyway.

    Yes you are correct - feedback scores however are calculated differently if buyer pays for items together

    Don't ebay count feedback from one buyer as one EVEN IF they were separate transactions?

    I've checked - they count in in the same week, as repeat feedback

    If a someone leaves you three lots of feedback at the same time it only increases your feedback score by one.
