Can I sell my iPad?
Comments

Yes you can.
Only if you want to terminate the contract early and the provider allows you to do this without penalties as a gesture of goodwill, they can ask you to give the iPad back.0 -
You can sell it if you like.
The device is yours and it is the usage you are paying for.
So long as you continue paying the contract, and remember to cancel at contract end.0 -

Is that right?? I thought the device existed outside of the network contract specifically to stop you being able to get out of the contract if the device itself was duff?0 -
I asked a provider about iPads and asked:
(a) The duration of the contract => answer: 2 years.
(b) The warranty on the iPad => answer: 1 year.
So I commented that it seemed a bit strange to expect people to commit to 2 years contract for the use of a device that they would only commit to 1 year.0 -

Additionally, a guarantee and contract are separate - so a 2 year contract is for the SIM, not the iPad. However, they're pRetty reliable anyway!0
