Requiring immediate payment on all my listings

      Paypal not ebay sorry. Although I'm personal on both so it's all the same to me :D

    Most sellers will have a Premier Account - Paypal will upgrade your account to a Premier account from a personal account if you receive a certain number of card funded payments (can't find the actual number on their website) as a personal account is designed for non-ebay purposes ie family sending you money from either their paypal balance or bank account.
