Can I change all my listings to require immediate payment?
All my items are BIN's but I can't figure whether I can do this - I am going away next week and don't want any NPB's before I leave...

I can't see anything that suggests it is only for a business account?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. To require immediate payment from your buyer, you must:
- Specify a PayPal Premier or Business account when you list your item
Paypal not ebay sorry. Although I'm personal on both so it's all the same to me

I don't want to list anything new, I have about 300 BIN's I would like to require immediate payment on...0 - Specify a PayPal Premier or Business account when you list your item

To be honest I would put holiday settings on before going on holiday.
You can definitely put IPR on, I've used it before as a private seller when there was an auctionwrecker stalking the community boards, but I like to be relatively flexible on payment and don't have large numbers of NPBs so I took it off.
I'd say if you want to protect your ratings though (and have a shop), put holiday settings on a week or so before you go away so that no-one purchases and then has difficulties with an INR while you are away. The eBay notice is not prominent enough to make buyers aware of the seller having the looser settings on, which just displays that notice and doesn't hide your listings. Or take a netbook on holiday with you and keep up with messages periodically (they don't cost an awful lot and they could be claimed as a business expense for tax purposes)."Well, it's election year, Bill, we'd rather people didn't exercise common sense..." - Jed Bartlet, The West Wing, season 4

I am still trying to figure how to put it on!
I will have an iPad and be able to monitor my account while I am away - I still have 10 days but I thought I would leave my shop open for a few more. I have some summer lines I would really like to get rid of!
If there are INR's I can refund from abroad, it's just a click of a button and I don't send recorded so I don't dispute them.0 -
Cool stuff.
I think it is one of the options you can access from 'Show/Hide other options' on the payments tab. I remember when I added it originally that I went through each listing ticking the box to show the option while thinking that would actually set the thing up."Well, it's election year, Bill, we'd rather people didn't exercise common sense..." - Jed Bartlet, The West Wing, season 4
