No boiler atm - public shower??

Hi,
Didn't know where to put this, but I've taken my old boiler out and i'm currently without hot water.
I've been making do, but due to lots of messy parts of house refurb yesterday n today n more to come tomorrow I really need some hot water... can't bare washing my hair in a cold shower!
Has anyone got any ideas of where I can find a public shower?
The local leisure centre shuts at 3pm on a Sun. DAMN!
I'm in north east Birmingham if that helps (and no friends nearby so not that option, doh. no shower at work either)

Then you are just going to have to shower before the leisure centre shuts.
You won't smell on Monday if you use deodorant and don't do anything that will get you hot and sweaty.
Then on Monday before the leisure centre shuts have another shower.
Seriously though when you have planned building work where you won't have access to water you need to plan to stay elsewhere.I'm not cynical I'm realistic

And you can't go to your local leisure centre before 3pm because?
Any swimming pools nearby? Other gym facilities (buy a day pass)? Go to the airport?:heartpuls Mrs Marleyboy :heartpuls

washing up bowl, boil kettle first or pots and pans, then add cold water to get to desired temp then use a flannel and soap ..................bit like a bed bath with out the bed or camping in a place with out a shower to use Or do similar with water into bath and have shallow bath oI am responsible me, myself and I alone I am not the keeper others thoughts and words.0

lol, na. I'm fine with it. Kettle and the odd cold shower, much prefer that and saving some pennies. 2 weeks has flown!
It's the plaster filled hair washing that's pushed the boat. And 3pm doesn't really work coz no way I can stop working at 2. No rest for the wicked
Just can't think where public showers are, I know I've come across quite a few randomly, just can't remember where they tend to be0 -

Train stations?
Some do have odd facilities.
If you can't go at 3pm then perhaps you have to go first thing in the morning. Some leisure centres open early for swimmers.I'm not cynical I'm realistic

treat yourself to a hotel room via topcashback for the night and luxuriate in the bath at night and shower in the morning in a plaster dust free placeI am responsible me, myself and I alone I am not the keeper others thoughts and words.0 -

I did that myself one night when my shower had been taken out and not replaced for 2 weeks plus. I was dependent on the kindness of family for a while but on this occasion the bathroom wasn't usable at all and my son was due home late. Booked a Premier Inn, had a lovely bath and then a shower in the morning. I have never enjoyed a bath or shower as much.
It makes you realise how much we take hot running water and toilet facilities for granted and how lucky we are.3 stone down, 3 more to go0
