lesgeo - you're right about the feeling better for decluttering the house ... have a bag of stuff and some pics to sell so will upload pics of them on to a local fb selling site and hopefully make a few pennies that way.

I've picked a few things off from the same site as Christmas presents - the £25 coat for DD1, a couple of books and some toys for peanuts. I also got a couple of wii games but they had scratches on so I thought they could have those as a treat for keeping their bedrooms tidy later today.

HappyMJ - not forgotten your advise and have been thinking that the rental properties income and expenditure should also be completely separate from my personal accounts too

I'm keeping a note of what I'm spending in my diary and have removed all plastic (debit and credit) from my purse so if the money isn't there then I can't get it!!

I've discovered an expenses app on my mob which looks good and should be able to help me put my expenses in mob there and then rather than waiting and try to remember to put it in my diary.

Meal plan for this week in progress and clients messages returned and some work booked in :)

  • Its a website. Lets you pick meal plans for 1,2 or 4 people and you can export the shopping list to well known supermarkets. Im on my second week of using it. Nice to eat different stuff. Esp when you are on a budget.
