partners ex sold his possessions!

If she wanted them gone, she should have contacted him and given him a time limit before disposing of them herself.0

But we don't know that she hadn't.0

Is she seeking revenge for a bitter break up?
If they broke on bad terms, which it sounds like then he was a fool leavng something of sentimental value behind.
Or maybe she had to sell them to keep up their mortgage payments as he is now funding another home with you and neglecting his responsibilities at his "former home"?Wins so far this year: Mum to be bath set, follow me Domino Dog, Vital baby feeding set, Spiderman goody bag, free pack of Kiplings cakes, £15 love to shop voucher, HTC Desire, Olive oil cooking spray, Original Source Strawberry Shower Gel, Garnier skin care hamper, Marc Jacobs fragrance.0 -

The scrapper must have rubbed his hands in glee when he saw what he had to collect. A rare classic car and two motoribikes worth about £500 each. Police not .interected in how she did in when they are in someone else's name and the car was irreplaceable. Not only has she done this to my partner but also her son as the car was to be passed onto him

A rare classic car and it is only worth £500?Wins so far this year: Mum to be bath set, follow me Domino Dog, Vital baby feeding set, Spiderman goody bag, free pack of Kiplings cakes, £15 love to shop voucher, HTC Desire, Olive oil cooking spray, Original Source Strawberry Shower Gel, Garnier skin care hamper, Marc Jacobs fragrance.0 -
Looking at another post of yours, you have been with him 3 and a half years no wonder she got fed up having the junk there all that time.
He has also cheated on you has a sexual addiction so I assume he treated her the same so she has been more than fair storing his rusty old cars for 3.5 years! Or when you say you have been with him 3.5 years but not living together, did you mean because he was stll living with his ex ?Wins so far this year: Mum to be bath set, follow me Domino Dog, Vital baby feeding set, Spiderman goody bag, free pack of Kiplings cakes, £15 love to shop voucher, HTC Desire, Olive oil cooking spray, Original Source Strawberry Shower Gel, Garnier skin care hamper, Marc Jacobs fragrance.0 -

I read that as the motorbikes being worth 500, not the "classic car".
Sorry to hear what has happened - he can take her to court, but he will need a solicitor to fight his corner. And he may not win, and end up owing the solicitor money.
Reading between the lines, the split was not harmonious (did he leave his wife for you?) - no surprises then when possessions are harshly dealt with.0 -

The nisi was granted in August 2010 so having half ownership of the house is not the same as having the rights of access to it. He did leave his unhappy marriage for the OP and the OP has posted a number of threads querying the ex wife's actions. No wonder the cars have been scrapped!!
Bewilderedhelpneeded: given that you were the other woman and the financial side of things is dragging on, your input is always going to put the ex wife's back up. Maybe just let your partner handle his own affairs and completely butt out? Why isn't he posting his own threads about his own property if he is that bothered? Anyone who leaves sentimental or valuable property in the care of someone who is taking him to court for money is a plonker TBH.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0 -

I think you are confusing what happens on divorce, with identification of ownership in the criminal law.0 -
nope.Why would they?
collecting cars from the same address on he V5
Hardly rings alarm bells
Exactly this. Before I left my first husband, my solicitor told me to take all of my belongings with me, and if I left anything behind, to not expect to get it back.I have had many Light Bulb Moments. The trouble is someone keeps turning the bulb off

Well I'm about the fifth person who you will ignore saying 'tell the police'.
Coming on here to get people cross at here will get you nowhere.
Yes, it was not a nice thing for her to do, but then, she will no doubt argue he 'abandoned' them there.
Call the police, report her for theft. I take it he has the V5's in his possession and wasn't dim enough to leave them with his wife?
