Internet access not working on Orange mobile - is there a service status number?

Internet access is not working on my Orange mobile phone. I first encountered problem yesterday when I tried to connect and got message "page cannot display". I thought I must be in a poor reception area. However it is still not working today. Previously it has worked fine. Orange mobile phone service from my phone is working fine.

I have not changed any settings, unless inadvertantly. Is there any Orange service status line? (The Orange O845 number involves negotiating through the codes and then discussing possible fault on my phone - I am about to go into an event and cannot do that.)

Is there a generic help line which will tell me if the service is down?

    pressume you powered down the phone and rebooted?

    yes I did - just come out of event and problem is still the same

    SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe ;)
