Try this, http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/812492 Always used FF and never had babylon or anything else (cross fingers)I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Thanks,
I used a couple of the cleaners that were recommended on the various 'how do I get rid of babylon' threads, and fingers crossed it has done the trick.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I spoke to soon, it has just installed itself again despite me running the uninstaller, CCleaner and another virus remover. Looking at Google this is definitley an issue with Firefox so i may have to unistall that, clean the PC again and go back to an earlier build.

No need to uninstall FF, follow the steps here.
Did that, and it came back . I've now uninstalled Firefox and run all the cleaners again and will see if I have finally killed it.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Try what you did before to get to the "no babylon state" and use Eusing free registry cleaner, this should remove unwanted bits and stop the blighter. If all else fails post on the techie forum they are excellent at removing garbage. Talked me through a nasty virus problem the OH had.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Fingers crossed it hasn't come back yet.
I uninstalled Firefox completely, ran cleaners, then restored the PC to an earlier restore point and I can't see it anywhere. Nasty little blighter though, I could see it in the lists of programmes under Internet tools but where all the others had an uninstall or remove option this one had those options greyed out. Looking at some of the google threads about it it appears to be a rather nasty little programme.
Not bad for a non techie

Anyone having problems signing into ebay and staying signed in today?

I'm having a problem selling from my account- my sister has listed items on hers but mine says I've exceeded the limit even though I haven't sold a single item.
When returning to the homepage despite having logged on as myself, it says I am logged in as her.
Do you think this is a similar problem?0 -

That's how my problem started. That is not unusual for me but usually all I have to do is clear my cache , clear my cookies- log out and log back in again and I'm fine, but this week it wouldn;'t work at all. Whilst I could see and correspond on my business account, even leave feedback I could not list at all as it just diverted me back to my personal account and told me I needed to log in.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
