sign in loop glitch

I've bought loads of new business stock and can't list any of it- really getting teed off now.

I log into my business account, click sell and it reverts to my personal account and asks me to sign in. I've tried relisting or the 'sell similar' option but it just tells me either that I need to log into my personal account or that I have to be on the same account I originally sold on.

I have logged out, cleared my cache, cleared my cookies even unplugged the blooming PC and left it for an hour- but nothing. I am completely unable to list on my business account- but frustratingly enough I can list on my personal one.

I don't want to use turbolister as I want these scheduled for later when I can list manually on my ipad.

I do hope so. My main PC is still off, I keep thinking if I ignore it it might let me back into my business account again :(

Is now a good time to get bargains on ebay if people cannot sign in?

Or is it just business sellers listing stuff thats affected?

I have run all the CCleaner and other full cleaners on my PC, left it off for an hour and tried again and hurrah! I can list on my business account again.

I have no prefilled info on any website anymore though :(

When I have had this problem in the past, clearing my cache & cookies and restarting the browser usually solves the problem. Alternatively using a different browser to what you normally use.

Soolin, if you changed the password on your personal account, it wouldn't have been able to sign you back in automatically (until you saved it) but instead it may have just signed you out of your business account so it may or may not have solved your problem.

I never save passwords on ebay or any other site like that and always opt for the 'don't remember' me option. When I got in the loop I signed into my business account but when I went to list it changed my id to my private account and asked me to sign in as my password didn't show.

So I changed the id back to my business one and signed in using my business password and that was fine and I could browse my business account, but as soon as I clicked sell it went back to show my personal account and asked me fo rmy password.

If I tried the 'relist' or 'sell similar' option it just told me I had to be on the original account that I listed on- ie my business account as it diverted me back to my personal to log in again.

Still all sorted now and I managed to get some stock up ahead of the free listing weekend.

Download/use another browser, e.g. Firefox or Chrome.

This is how I got around it - particularly since I didn't want to clear cache/cookies as I had several searches running on university websites at the time which I didn't want to disturb.

I have downloaded Firefox and it also downloaded 'Babylon' even though I declined it on every screen.

Now I can't get rid of Babylon at all, it has taken over everything and each time I think I have removed it, it reinstalls. I am doing a search and destroy on the PC now and if that doesn't work I'll have to remove Firefox and/or ask the tech forum how to make this go away.

Looking at Google searches it seems I am not the only one who got Babylon when I downloaded Firefox and can't delete it.
