BT bill ... want to pay, cannot get a hold of them

Still no reply to my snail mail letter, so I chased it up by phone with BT today.
"Oh we have no record of your letter"
So I thought I would try Ben "ben.verwaayen@bt.com", Emailed him shortly after the phone call attached my original letter and he replied today.
Now thats quick, I know he is only passing it on "I will ask our high level complaints team to send you the answer
Ben" but some action is better than none, so lets wait and see what happens next.
