BT bill ... want to pay, cannot get a hold of them

Hi ya
Just received a remainder from BT to pay my bill which is really interesting considering that I never received a bill in the first place.
I would like to pay the bill yet cannot get through to a BT customer service advisor.
I would like some help

0808 800 150 or 150 from your landline. But they only open 8am to 8pm Mon to Sat.0

i have been ringin this number for about a week now as they were messing me around when I wanted to cancel my deal. 0800 800 150 is the right number but you have to wait about 15minutes or more to get through. then you'll find that they don't understand your problem and fob you off to another department...after being on hold of course. I've spent many minutes staring at the timer on my fone, on average it takes around 18mins to get through.....DON'T ASK how many times I've tested that hehe

No matter when you call them its a naightmare to actually speak toa human, I got a reminder letter in yesterday as well and not suprisingly I hadn't received the original telephone bill.0

as when i sighned up to bt,they asked me if i wanted to go xdirectory and i said yes,today a bt phonebook came and yes sitting in the book is my name and number grrrrrrrr :mad:saving 50p a day

Yep I also received an email from good old Ben.
I even wrote to him in our native Dutch language.
Also found 2 voicemails from his Office to call back in the morning.
Awesome news indeed.

had a phone call from bt customer services
they could not apologise enough,they changed my number and credited my acount with £55 well done bt :beer:
and thanks to computerwoman for supplying the email address :beer:saving 50p a day
