Meeeow Ricky old boy. Touch of jealousy between brokers possibly. I couldn't see much wrong with the spelling apart from one word which seems to be a typo, or maybe you think it could be wrongly spelt on purpose?Who I am is not important. What I do is.0

Speak for yourself I will admit to having a laugh at the expense of the very dodgy broker and having a curry or two because the hotel was a cheap one with no restaurant, but Legless ? Not me I always am in control of my fucalties.
As for passing the course I did it by skill and knowledge
Seems the endowment mis-selling claimants are not the only ones around here with selective memories.I am a Mortgage Adviser

Andy - whats up with you, let it go for gods sake in the grand scale of things this isnt important! Mr Helpful is not a chav, in fact he has a huge BTL portfolio of his own, two successful business, a lovely home and drives an aston. He's a personal friend of mine and there is a lot more to him that what you see on the forums so please do not judge him on one of two off the cuff remarks - I will back him to the hilt on most things because he is one of the most geniune honest and considerate advisers I have ever met and has good principles. He has also been in the industry for over 20 years and sometimes you just have to stop and think that we are here to help clients and forum users achieve what they want, warn them of the risks and guide them to take advice. Sometimes you just have to accept that there are mroe experienced people than ourselves.
Mr Helpful - stop winding people up for the sake of it, you are here to help forum users not cause chaos
If someone doesnt accept your views on something accept it gracefully and agree to disagree - no point hitting eachother with sticks it achieves nothing
Naughty boys ;-)
How appropriate that you say you would back him to the HILT, you seem to know an awful lot about this one, is he the latestwife of a broker
guess what my darling, you've been caught and you're dumped

Bit difficult Whirly Its a long drive to Lancs from my house and I have never been to MMs pad. You seem to have a bad streak in you. Maybe if you looked at yourself and how you treated your hubby he wouldnt have to go and have it off away from home.
Ps Im not married so what is it to you what I do? Send a photo and I might think about it.I like to give people as many choices as possible to do what I want them to. (Milton H Erickson I think)0 -
Just so I get this right:
Mr Helpful is accustomed to showing his partners his skillful and knowledgeable use of his fucalties, while MortgageMamma is questioning his endowment, suggesting that he may have been too legless to perform to accepted standards and offering to send a life size pinup to help with the problem?Mr_helpful wrote: »I always am in control of my fucalties. ... My endowment was big enough to pay off my mortgage which seems to be one up on the other people with weedy endowments on this forum
