There is a free Guardian paper as well when you spend £5 or more (they deduct the cost of the Guardian/ Observer from the bill), as newbie can't post weblink but if you go to waitrose website then my waitrose then newspaper offer it tells you more.0

You may want to phone ahead & check the machine is working... I don't think they're overly keen on MSE folk & the sign looks conveniently "portable" (& deniable). Frustrating!0

And they know this how??????:)
Never known the machine to not be working but I prefer to get it from the cafe(the waitrose one that is), it is much nicer from there and you get chocolate sprinkled on top!0 -
The £5 spend INCLUDES the newspaper..I've tried it on different days on numerous occasions with different sales assistants...0

I have recently signed up to MyWaitrose card and on top of 10% off on certain products you also get free newspaper with a daily shopping of £5 or more.
This is great if you're doing your shopping at the weekend as you get a free paper worth around £2.50 for free.0
