Taken from the my waitrose site:
"Buy a Daily Telegraph, Daily Mail, Scottish Daily Mail, Observer or Guardian and spend over £5 (at the same time) and save £1.20 / 60p / 60p / £1.40 respectively off your shopping. Offer available to myWaitrose members only on presentation of a myWaitrose card in store. Subject to availability. Excludes online, petrol filling stations, Shell and Welcome Break. Maximum one transaction per day. Offer not available through self checkout. At a manned till the customer must show their card, and at quickpay the customer must scan their card at the quickpay docking station at the end of their shop. £5 spend must be on qualifying items. "Qualifying Items" means all items that are not Excluded Items. "Excluded Items" include non-groceries (such as flowers, entertaining, home and hampers), infant formula, tobacco, stamps, mobile top ups, e-Top up vouchers, lottery tickets, gift vouchers, cash back, car park charges, fuel and delivery charges. Other items may also be excluded from the scheme at the discretion of Waitrose."
