Help! How to reduce final price???

To cut a long story short, I discovered a flaw on a jacket I'm selling and offered it to the winning bidder at a reduced price than what it eventually sold for in view of this discovery.
My question is how do I send an invoice with this reduced price?
Even removing the P&P isn't enough. There's a bit which says "Seller discounts (-) or charges (+)" but it won't let me make the discount!!

you have to enter the amounts and click the "recalculate" link below the "total" amount0

It's not working
It just keeps refreshing it.
Thanks though for the reply. :beer:0 -
hmmm, weird, how about entering the amounts desired and clicking on preview invoice? that should show whether or not what your doing is correct?0

No, that doesn't work either.
This is so frustrating!!
Thanks for trying though.0 -
You could ask the buyer to just do a Send of the funds to your e-mail address of the agreed amount I guess...

Are you trying to get your FVF reduced or just charge the buyer less?0

Your problem is the recalculate button - don't click it.My TV is broken!

Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -

You can't send an eBay invoice for less than the selling price. However - you can send your own invoice for the corrected price.
Previously you could file with eBay for a partial rebate on the FVF as it didn't sell for the full price. However now according to eBay they no longer offers partial Unpaid Item credits because this feature was used so infrequently... yet I'd used it numerous times to save hundreds of pounds in FVF? ;-)"Money is truthful. The "Seller discounts (-) or charges (+)" should work but don't use the recalculate button as that doesn't work. Just "preview" then send the revised invoice. Make sure you put a minus sign before the discount amount.
Failing that, send the full invoice amount and ask the buyer to pay using PayPal then issue a partial refund in PayPal which will also adjust your fees.0
