I think OP needs to clarify the retailer really, though I suspect it's always going to be their word against the retailer sadly.
I'm pretty bloody minded though so I'd do as someone else has suggested and send the lot back, only I wouldn't reorder and I'd tell them exactly why they had lost business.
Twitter seems to be a good way of getting retailer attention lately. A well worded tweet often gets good results.0 -
