If you have a key just let yourself in with your belongings, if you don't have a key then knock gently and move back in. IT'S YOUR HOME AS MUCH AS IT IS HERS. Kick her out.
You can not afford to live like this.0 -
Pay the mortgage or the CSA, not both, see how she likes that. If you stop the mortgage wont the CSA payment go up?0

I can't afford the £268pm (£67pw) that the CSA require me to pay.
As others have said - you shouldn't be paying the mortgage and CM.
As you have separated, it's up to your ex to fund her household using her wages (if any), your CM and any benefits she's entitled to. If she can't pay the mortgage, she'll have to move into rented accommodation.0 -
Have you made the CSA aware of the mortgage you are paying? Assuming you are CS2, they can allow a variation (on the grounds of prior debt) to reduce the maintenance, it's not pound for pound so you might still have to pay something, they would take the mortgage payment less £15pw off your assessable income then calculate the maintenance based on the new income figure.0

My ex has been told to pay £5 per week for two kids and he's employed, your ex has it easy...I always take the moral high ground, it's lovely up here...0
