URGENT Primus Line Rental

When I got the call from Primus would I like the rental I said we use our phone to call abroad etc ,18185, and I need the over-ride which is easy with BT; he checked with his manager & said over-rides would still be OK - but they would say that wouldn't they - presumbly they could change it at anytime in the future?
Also My understanding from the Primus Customer Service chap was the line rental per month worked out cheaper per month + of course the 1 month free but even so I am with Heinze on this one & I am staying with BT rental if anything goes wrong with the line you know you will get their efficient service and not be in some indirect queue etc., where you are dealing with two parties instead of one.0
