I recently took out a contract via e2save. I have a Sony Xperia U, however after a couple of days the phone would say No Service. Turned the phone off then on and it would be ok. But on Sunday night the sim failed completely with the phone showing (No Service) No SIM card. I have verified it is the sim card by successfully trying two other sims in the Xperia both of which work. The e2save sim failed to work in another sim free mobile I have showing no sim inserted. I have contacted e2save to make them aware of the faulty sim but they are being ignorant. So I complained to the CEO of Carphone Warehouse as e2save are part of them. If this is the quality of service e2save provide then beware buying from them. It's certainly true that you get what you pay for and it's worth paying that little bit more for customer service that works.

Rob.

I didn't think there were many out there who expect any form of good customer service from a company like e2save. The market of going through a third party is cheaper... But as a result its very much "thanks for the sale, see you in two years".

Why did you not contact the mobile network? They could issue you with a new sim if the sim card was faulty.

What exactly did they do/say/not do?

Contact TalkMobile, it's their sim which is acting up.

Yes you are probably entitled to hassle e2save about this but the obvious quick solution is to contact the network and get another sim. Involving e2save just means another step is added in exactly the same procedure.
