From what I can work out, after being told never ever to ring again, he must have given them a mouthful on the phone. So why should someone who is working for a living have to put up with rubbish like that?

You've just made that up haven't you? It may have happened, but you've turned it into a must.

I also note you've had a go at the OP about an ESA claim, and here you're quick to point out 'someone who is working for a living'. Do you have some sort of problem with the OP?

OP says he has recently moved. It's possible that his new address (I assume this was where he wanted the phone to be delivered) has been involved with a fraud case or bad credit listing before .

CPW or any vendor can choose to refuse to sell to anyone they choose, for almost any reason. Marks and Spencer could decide on one day not to sell anything to people wearing blue shirts, for example, nothing to stop them (they cannot, however choose not to sell to someone on grounds of race or disability).
I try not to get too stressed out on the forum. I won't argue, i'll just leave a thread if you don't like what I say. :)

Think they've got a problem with anyone who claims benefits in all honesty.

You don't get told to never ever phone a company or contact them again if you haven't royally peeved them! Let's face it, they bend over backwards to ensure the customer gets what they want so boy the OP must have got on their nerves:p:p

Oh and by the way, a company cannot be forced to do business with anyone.

Your posts confuse me, is there another thread somewhere relating to the same topic with different information? As I assume there must be to come to the conclusions you are doing. If there isn't, it confuses me further regarding the assumptions your making.
I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!
