Ok apologies guys n gals for asking this

I am having problems with my pods Just made a latte machiatto and it is just milk? Should I be using 2 pods to make it? Also same happened with the cappucino - just milk so I added an expresso to it. Tasted fab, but it seems a bit extravagant to have to use 2 capsules.

Help!!! lol

oh dear ok there are 2 pods per drink except expresso or caffe lungo where there are just one.

you will find for example cappuccino 1x brown container and 1x white container with the words cappuccino written on the top you use both pods for cappuccino the white 1st then the brown

does this make sense?
look at the cup shaped cards they show you on the back

I thought I was going mad last night - I made my self a hot chocolate and all I got was milk not chocolate and I used the right pod. ALl I can say is that they have messed up a batch of pods. Well I hope so anyway. Will try it againlater to make sure.

Did you use a 1 white pod and a 1 brown one with latte machiato written on them ? You need to put in white pod first allow to run about 170 ml of water through it, then change for the brown pod and run 50ml of water through to get a nice latte. Cappucino works on similar principle, best way to check what pods and how much water is to use the coffee cup shaped cards which came in the pack with the free latte glass and coffee cup. I think all campaigns are decided on whether you fit a particular criteria. Ensure your profile is up to date and all surveys have been completed to give yourself the best chance of being selected.

It also says to login regularly rather than wait for email invites as sometimes campaigns are full by the time you receive the message.

Yes you'll need 2 capsules to make all of the drinks, if you look in the big booklet called "Getting the best out of your coffee machine" on page 6 it tells you which capsules go with which drink & in which order to put them in.

Latte Macchiato = 1x Latte milk capsule then 1x latte coffee capsuke
Cappuccino = 1x Cappuccino milk capsule then 1x Cappuccino coffee capsule

It also says on one of the leaflets somewhere that the milk capsules have white bottoms & the coffee have either brown or black HTH

LOL that makes it clearer - just checked the pods and yes they are white and balc bottoms 0- all I was checking was the labels. :rotfl:
