Hi all, thank you all for your adviced before but i would like to tell you that ukcps has sent me another letter begging for money again if i didn't pay within 10 days or else they will take me to court or they will send a bailliff to go our house.pls need help.....thanks...0

THey cannot send a bailiff to your house without first taking you to court and winning. The chances of them taking you to court are very very slim, and the chances of them winning are zero.
They can't just 'send a bailiff round to your house'.Je Suis Cecil.0 -

And I would like to remind you that you have already been pointed in the direction of the sticky thread showing all those template letters (see my earlier reply to you above). No-one can send a bailiff to your house except a Court. You will get debt collector letters, that's all. Junk mail. So what?!
You should just be playing snap with these letters by now.

I respectfully suggest that you ought to re-read that letter a little more carefully. If they've said that they WILL take you to court and that they WILL send a bailiff, then they would be the ones in court. They actually use words like UNLESS, IF & MAY.The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.0 -
