Perni - No idea where the photos are but they sound lovely

I've escaped to the local library to do my coursework today - the road surfacing work is still continuing outside my house and next door are having a new boiler put in with some very loud drilling. :eek: It is lovely and quiet here thank goodness, although I'm having a little break to post on here

So today...

Get this coursework done!

Take doggies on long walk later - didn't yesterday because the weather was so pants!

Keep checking surveys - Another £1 made on VO

Check bank - I think Mr A has taken payment twice when I was there on Saturday. I put my pin number in the machine and pressed ok but the lady on the till said it hadn't gone through so I had to put it in again. I think two amounts are pending on my account

If I get enough coursework done I want to spend tomorrow moving some furniture around at home - that should keep me out of trouble!

Been rushing around all morning like a loon and dont feel as if Ive really done anything but hey-ho thats the way it goes somedays, heres my little list

Check Banks - Done
Check swapits - Done
Collect OH's Prescription - Done
Sort Mum's medication - Done
Buy local paper (LO is in it) - Done
Take LO for haircut - Done
Ironing -
Watch & return Lovefilm DVD - Done (Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close - Brilliant, loved it)
Write & prep all bday cards etc for while we're away - Done
Keep up to date on emails - in progress
Surveys -
Quick tidy round - Done
Update food tracker (38lb off) - in progress
Meals from stores - Done
Sort Freezer & cupboards - in progress
Bake (again after yesterdays disaster) - Done
Read (Dear John by Nicholas Sparks) - in progress
Comps - Done a few

NTBY - Omg, what a nightmare! I hope nothing sentimental was taken & that the insurance comes through really quickly.
Wannabee - That time will fly by! Enjoy it & don't get majorly stressed the way I did.
Throwoff - Thanks for the tip I think I'll check out your mystery shopping company!

Today's plan is pretty much the same as yesterday as I didn't do it all, oops!

So here goes:-

• Food from stores
• Make use of free water at work
• Log calories using free app
• Charge phone at work
• Pop to Mr T's on my lunchbreak to pick up a few fresh bits, saves going after work & using more petrol, & being tempted to buy more as I can use a trolley!
• Check online banking
• Hope partial refund from venue arrives...
• Trying to declutter a bit & do some flylady
• Must try & do a survey or 2, we want to decorate the house finally after just over 2 years of being here! So those vouchers for home stores would really come in handy
• Free exercise at home on my pole this evening, need to get back into it!
• Make a spreadsheet showing our outstanding debt so it's easier to keep track of
• Make another spreadsheet planning what we want & what we need to do to the house, & work out a budget for it all

Perni- I love the pics! Esp the dress!!!!
Ntby - sorry to hear that hope it's all sorted quickly!

List for today:

• Checked bank - all ok, petrol payment had cleared so updated app
• Cc all ok - still on track to pay off in full on payday!!
• Lunch from home, I made sandwiches last night as wasn't in the mood to cook pasta! Needed something quick
• Another NSD for me (so far)
• Still no refund from vanquis. I'll call tomorrow..

Some good news- I've been short listed for a 2nd interview for that job! I'm so happy! Just got to ace this next one (next week). Have to do a presentation on what I think the role entails and how I'll "plan for it" TERRIFIED!

Thank you! Have you guys talked about it? I have a work friend who has been with her partner for longer than that & she's recently got engaged, so you never know!
