I got my first two today - they are the same as xSuziex's ones and they are lovely. Seem very good quality and I am very happy with them. Proper cutlery and plates - no plastic in site. Can't wait for the other hampers now.

I thought I would post as I am already a customer of the norfolk hamper company - after purchasing a deal a few months back.
I thought the deal was very good value and was a little bit concerned it was too good - but after some research and talking with them I was happy to go ahead (using my credit card).
The hampers have arrived each month and have made fabulous presents - although I have to admit to keeping a few bits!
Anyway I thought people might like to hear some feedback- although I use this forum quite a bit I have never felt the need to make a post before.

As the OP of this thread I feel saddened to see on twitter that the company have had problems as a direct result of negative comments on MSE. To be honest it's made me think twice about posting deals on here in the future. I feel bad that by posting the deal on here seems to have resulted in the company being investigated. Thankfully it sounds like everything was found to be ok.
I understand that people think if a deal sounds too good to be true it usually isn't but I decided to purchase it after researching the company and reviews from previous customers. The customer service I've experienced from the owner has been excellent and any queries have been responded to within an hour. I'm pleased that some MSE'rs have received their first hampers and I'm looking forward to mine arriving early next week and will report back once I've got them.

think it is shocking this company getting investigated they should give people and small companys a chance i am defintetly looking forward to recieving mine at a great price and they will make great gifts which you can add to and just wish this company well
