I've had a phone call from Neil this afternoon. I placed my order on 8th August and he rang to apologise for the delay. My hampers are being dispatched on Wednesday, for delivery on Thursday.

A phone call is much more personal service than an email, and I think that the company are doing well to fulfill their orders, which are surely many more than they imagined. I'm looking forward to receiving my hampers.

Thanks to the poster who posted pictures - the hampers look lovely, and it was good to see some positive feedback after the negative comments.

Mine came yseterday, same as in the pictures - very impressed! But I am waiting for th food ones mmmmm - Although I did get a couple of packets of crisps in one - a very nice touch!! A little bottle of wine would be good too! These are amazing for pressies - I feel sorry for those that missed out!

Very good quality!!

I am going to add lots of little bits in mine, like mini bottles of wine, a nice cheese and quality crackers etc - so pleased and so will be the person I give i to!!

Neil told me that this is a different hamper. It normally retails at £100, but is being sold at the discounted price of £50 for orders placed before the end of August. Having said that, I would imagine that some items might be the same.

If you ring Neil and ask, I found him very helpful.

no i only got an email acknowledging my order but nothing to confirm delivery dates

I've had no confirmation e-mail, but I did get a phone call saying they'll be delivered on Thursday now.
This business does sound almost like a one man operation, so I'm not surprised he's been busy with all these extra orders!
