OP - sorry to hear of your bereavement and your mother's situation
If your mother were to need care before the estate was settled, I think she would be able to gain credit on the basis that she is due to inherit, sort of like a bridging loan
It is important that your mother has written her own will and keeps it up to date now, sadlyYou never know how far-reaching something good, that you may do or say today, may affect the lives of others tomorrow0
