No it's been allowed as long as you pay em £60 ;) seriously I dont think we need to see appeal denied letters as they basically all say the same
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?
  • Erm no it's a appeal ACCEPTED letter actually.
I can't post links on here yet but I sent it to crabman and asked him to post it for me.
  • I can PM the link to one of you if you can post it today ?

That would be first, but it massively in the minority of cases, just do a search on here for parking eye appeal rejected to see what normally happens

Tell you what, I'd frame that letter. In 10 years time it could be worth a bob or two on the Antiques Roadshow.

They do say items with a rarity value increase in worth and they don't get much rarer than a PPC 'Appeal accepted' letter. Just make sure it has a signature on the bottom for authenticity.

PPCs do alllow appeals, but only where even they can see that they're on hiding to nothing and/or to meet the BPA's quota.
The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life. :)
