hmmm. Someone called me back from the JobCentre just now. They said that their reason for inviting me in is just to review my benefits claim. They said that if there was an issue with the claim itself or somebody had accused me of fraud, my letter would have said "a query has arisen on your claim"
My letter just says, "we need to ensure your payments are correct." and that is all.
Maybe I was worrying for nothing0 -
you never did say what your ESA amount roughly per week is?
if its about £100 then I would say you are due arrears of the SDP.0 -

sorry about that. No, I am getting the SDP. They didn't tell me about it, the mental health team did. When I claimed it they backdated it. So the ESA in total (including the SDP) is about £150 a week or just over
Just recalled, the geezer on the phone from Compliance did say that I'll need to sign a statement about my circumstances:eek:0 -

Thats nothing to worry about, it's no different than filling in a cliam form and signing it, it's just you verifying that this is your circumstances and that the info on the page is correct, just make sure you check it carefull before you sign it.DEC GC £463.67/£450
