Any body have tried BE Broadband (24 mb)

Hi, I ordered BE There broadband (https://www.bethere.co.uk) £24 per month with upto 24 mb download and 1.3 upload but depends on the distance from exchange i will be getting 17 mb minimum.

I have found good reviews about the company. I order 4 days ago and my live will be activated on 29th :T WITHIN A WEEK.

I have tried Virgin and was thinking to go for TalkTalk but as they told me when i called them after 2 months that my number is registered to somebody else in their system which was shocking and physically not possible.....

I am considering a move to Be from Virgin Media in the next few months once my half price thing comes to an end. I've read nothing but good about Be hence my probable move to them. I'm impressed with the speed that they'll have you up and running in.


I forgot to add, the only thing I'm not sure about with be is they charge £2 for an email address, either that or I'd have to use an iffy hotmail address which is a last resort.

Just phoned em, was told I am 1.8km from the exchange and that I could only expect a speed of 11.5-12mb, bit crap, not happy, will have to stick with VM
