There is no problem if you forget a debt. That is why your BR is advertised in the London Gazette, so anyone who has a debt with you can come forward. All debts that are provable are included even if you don't name them. If you remember one later you let your OR know as Rossi did or if they turn up years later then you give them your BR details and tell them to contact the IS office.

As said, bankrupt covers every provable debt or liability you have at the time of the BR. That is why it's such a powerful tool and last resort. It is designed to wipe the slate clean (as it can be).

Just a note of caution, all debts are included in the bankruptcy whether on the form or not, but you still must have made a reasonable effort to fill in the forms correctly otherwise the Judge could turn it down on the grounds that the forms are not fully complete

I did a credit search last night for up to date list of debts and printed them off. wasnt good reading. The shortfall from my mortgage wasnt there, it said satisfied, account closed. dont understand that one as i was sure there would be approx 30000 one.
I did have one laugh today, getting in and out of my sons car in the garage, they def dont make them wide enough lol. Thanks again, im sure there will be more panic so be prepared k x

Some courts you need to have an appointment for to go BR, some its just turn up, some like mine do both. Phone the court to check what yours does.
