no they can only remove/ levy goods belonging to the debtor

they may levy because it on your drive if they do i believe its form 55 they leave you

I don't know much about HCEO but there is nothing stopping your Son from putting them on notice something like

vehicle reg ABC 123 that is registered to the above address the property of Mr xxxx and not your Debor Mr xxx I believe you can confirm this with the dvla therefore please note any inference of said property will result in legal action
I am not an expert I am self taught i have no legal training any information I post is based on my own personal experience and information gained from other web sites

If you are in any doubt please seek legal/expert advice help

Hi just spent the last 3 hours emptying the garage to get the car in,feel better now
I spoke to Marstons, never want to again. The only word i can use to describe them i wouldnt use, so ill just say nasty. I did warn him not to try to walk in my house as i have a german shepherd that i got as a guard dog. he seems to think he has the right just to come in and said he wouldnt come alone next time. What happens if benson bites him, which he will.

They will not be allowed to 'force' an entry...so don't let them in, regardless of what excuse they try and use.

Make sure all windows are shut as well.
No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......

Hi, Thanks for putting up with my rantings today, dont think i will wait till 20th, would like to fill the form myself but when i spoke to cccs today, who were brilliant, but wanted me to go back to filling out a income form. she said i needed all my debts before filling form as they couldnt be included if they wernt listed in bankruptcy form, confused again, k x

Thanks to everyone who has taken time to help. I hope i can do the same for someone one day x x

It seems the advice is do not let them into your home. Can I suggest you make sure everyone in the household is aware of this 'rule'. I hope you're able to get your paperwork filled out in time. Maybe consider getting help here with the filling in if you can't get through to the CAB.

PS I have read on this forum that any debt, listed or not will be included in your bankruptcy. You just need to show you have taken professional debt advice.
