Why are you responding? You should just be playing snap with the letters, they are all shown in our second-to top thread and are just computer-issued templates. No-one at UKPC reads your replies, you are wasting stamps. You can't stop the letter chain but why would you? It's fun to ignore them once you know which one is coming next and that it's all a well-known con. It's like getting phishing emails.

Click where my signature says, in the breadcrumb trail at the top of this page, that takes you back to the forum thread list. Read 'PPC letters & threats'. UKPC are well known to issue a lot of letters but you can see each one on that thread. They never do Court, they can't send the boys round and it will all just fizzle out very soon.

Expect letters from Debt Recovery Plus and Zenith (same firm, same pointless letters).

Stop reading & believing the standard letters, what a waste of your time!

OP the rights and wrongs mean nothing to a PPC.

They just want your money.

The best way of annoying them is ignoring them.

And even paying up may not stop the letters. We regularly see cases, where victims have paid, but the payment mysteriously arrived just a day too late and late payment charges are then demanded.
