they say the seamstress can work on it to make it fit but we are not sure and feel a larger size is required.

they recommended an 8 but my fiance said a 10 would be better as her bust is big. So the measurer said to go smaller.she tried a 16 on which was pulled into place

a refund or replacement would be ideal

So did the size 16 fit her bust but had to be pulled in in other areas? if so then why did she order a 10 if she knew it was never going to fit? I think if this is the case you may have to live with the adjustment...

It sounds like you are going to have to live with it. If I have understood correctly then your fiancee did not follow the dressmaker's advice regarding the size. I would just get some adjustments done on the dress that's already here, for your own peace of mind; depending on how far away the wedding is, it may not be possible to get a replacement in time.
  • on the order it has size 8 but ordered 10.

Where does it state this - is this something that your partner has signed, does it form part of the contract?

    So just to sum up.

Your fiance is thin with a very large bust?

And you have the cheek to come on here and complain ;)

  • on her measurement form it says size 8 but my fiance asked for the bigger size and its noted on the form.

    What exactly does it say?

What are you doing getting involved in this? This is between the bride, her mother and the seamstress, there will be no bonus points to be won here. Keep Clear!

we ordered a size 10. she was measured and that size was ordered based on the manufacturers sizes. i think it made to measure by size and not person as thats why its not fitting the bust area

Why are there two of you?

Particularly as whitebadger 02 joined a year before Whitebadger, which seems to indicate a rift in the space time continuum!:)
