Is it safe to sell on CEX website?
Hi,
I'm just getting a new phone (on PAYG but will be using my contract SIM) and I've put in my old phone on the CEX website and they say they'll give £15 cash for it, I'm not interested in the voucher as I don't buy electronics second hand.
Has anyone used the online selling feature? Is it safe? Has anyone had any problems for it.
Cheers,

I've sold many times to them vie their site without any real problems. Theyare almost nvariably the highest payers and I've never had any issues with downgrading. However, now they don't send freepaid jiffy bags (even though they say they will) so I've started selling my phones on Ebay. Thus far I've done better that way.0
