Monitor bought off Ebay with a dead pixel

3 weeks ask to return it... You are likely to be considered to have 'accepted' the goods now.
Although the question is whether the item would be considered faulty or not... I'm not sure it would, I believe it is generally accepted there is a small tolerance as far as dead pixels are concerned. Although this could easily (and perhaps rightfully) be argued against, just within a reasonable time.
Too late now but you should have cancelled the order within 7 working days of receiving it.0 -
If it's just one dead pixerl, then that is unlikely to fall outside of the manufacturer's specification - so it won't be considered faulty."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0
