Hi back in early June i placed a kit order with this company - their website states kits usually despatched within 10 days but please allow up to 28 working days for any delays. After 2 weeks i emailed asking for an update to which the reply was we are awaiting stock (i assumed they had the stock as they took my money) another 2 weeks later i emailed again this time no reply. After another 2 weeks i emailed again via the site and received the answer we will chase the order for you. Ok, im pretty patient, another 2 weeks i decide to ring them and spoke to a girl who went away to find out, came back and said we may have your order the end of August (more than 9 weeks) to which i said ok that will be too late as they are short sleeved kits for the summer tournaments which will have already passed. She then told me i could cancel my order (which would incur a 25% fine) i told her that i want a full refund as they cannot fulfill my order. She said put it in writing which i did via email. I requested a full REFUND as they do not have to stock. I recieved an email back confirming i had cancelled my order! I am still waiting for my refund...can someone tell me where i stand? I am of the opinion they should not have taken my cash for stock they did not have and had no knowledge of when they would have!

I have just read what have happened to you and I had the same problem with that company, such an unreliable company!
Did you finally get any solution? that would be helpful to know. I am lost right now.
