Shiny New Givaudan Survey Thread (NO REFERRALS PLEASE)

Am I the only one never to have received any perfume from these people?!

i had ELA a few days ago along with the new contract and questionnaire. It is my first bottle of perfume from Givaudan.
I was surprised at such a large bottle.

I received FSA from them ... and I really quite like it! I wouldnt have gone to the shops to buy it for myself, but I have to say it is lovely! Almost finished doing the questionnaire now, too ... better get that posted off to them ASAP.

I got a bottle the first year I was with them and this year but didn't get a bottle last year so it is very hit & miss.

As I emailed yesterday (ie Feb 2014, not Jan) I assume this is an automated email. I followed the link and filled in my details, so should I be expecting anything else from them to confirm whether or not I've been accepted? Hopefully I won't have to wait until Jan 2015!

I know, but I wouldn't mind the occasional hit once in a while instead of all misses! :mad:

are you getting the large questionaire booklet to complete and send back....


If you are getting that,completing it within the time and sendinding it back then you should be getting the perfume....I know that if they dont get the survey back quickly one year it does impact on you getting the perfume the following year as this has happened to me once in the past.


It might be worthwhile contacting them by email to confirm what address they hold for you too as if you have moved since you first registered with them they dont pick your address details for the perfume from the address details you might supply them with following a online survey etc.


other than that you seem very unlucky if youve never received the perfume

Is anyone doing the shampoo/conditioner trial? I was told I would receive a bottle of each, but when they arrived yesterday the instructions said that after shampooing put contents of bottle A on one side of my head and bottle B on the other, and then rinse.
Today I had an email to say my shampoo and conditioner was on its way to me. Does anyone know if I have shampoo and conditioner or two conditioners please?

The other day I received a parcel from Givaudan containing a perfume in a blank bottle and a questionnaire to fill in. The questionnaire is, I think, a re-registration form, so i guess it must have been 2 years ago that I first joined them.

I now have 2 perfume bottles from them, as they sent me one last year, too. Did I read correctly on the previous page that although they are blank bottles they are actually a branded perfume?

Ditto, I got FSA this time. The last bottle I got from them had JAD written on it. When it stops raining and blowing up a gale out there I will post off the questionnaire to them.
