    In reality though, they probably get so few men joining that they get 'Dear Lady' as well in a 'one size fits all' email.

    I assume it's just their way of saying that they aren't conning us by getting the info they need and then not rewarding us with a trial or voucher. It's definetly lost in translation though.:D

    i have had exactly the same as you....received 5 survey voucher yesterday but nothing for the cancelled shampoo test as yet....
    frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!
