WOW what a unexpected delivery (i had not checked my emails)
I got MDB = Miss Dior Blooming Bouquet of Dior.

A bit more floral then i normally wear, but think it would be a nice summer scent, so i will save it for the summer.

The same happened to me and as the result - no perfume for me. I applied for new membership through the link and I e-mailed them few months ago asking to rejoin and send me the questionnaire. They wrote back saying no need for it as I am still in the panel but they don't send me the surveys at all. It's like they don't want you in the panel.
