I took advantage of the £5 no min spend and ordered a £3 DVD and hadn't received a cancellation but when I went into my account, it had disappeared as an order. I thought nothing more of it, and to my surprise the DVD was delivered today!

I got the all DVDs I ordered now, except fo what they cancelled. I never took the p, and only opened a 2nd account when my original order wasn't honoured. I paid £7 with my £5 off for 3 movies, so not too bad.

Watching one now!

I ordered 2 £3 DVDs - I think the orders have been cancelled as I've just logged into my account and neither order is there anymore? Don't know why as I didn't abuse the system.

Either way, one of the DVDs arrived yesterday - unfortunately the disk has a HUGE crack in it which looks like it's been treated, so I'll have to play it and see if it works properly.

Just looked at mine and the disk is filthy. I have no idea whether it will play at all. Would not have been impressed if I'd paid for it but still would have expected the preowned DVD's to be cleaned at least...
