I clicked on redeem then picked 5 dvd's for £10 but when it goes to card details, its charging me £10 so I have come out of it

Anyone had order confirmations yet? Mine haven't come through.

You won't get order conformations unless you spend more than £10. Just keep an eye on the 'My Orders' section where it will tell you whats happening. Either 'order being processed' or otherwise.

I tried that too but you can't use it with other offers. Only on full price items.

I got 2 order confirmations for 50p each, so spent just £1 (on a £6 order). The system took £2.50 off each DVD (using up my £5 voucher).

I think the original order has to be for £5 or more to get a confirmation.

My order got cancelled, didn't take the mick with it either, just ordered one for myself and one in my partner's account.
