Just tweeted at Blockbuster about it they responded with 'Yes, we had to remove the deal due to abuse of the systems, it will be back up and running shortly' Which we all knew would be the case. Not sure what they mean by it being back up shortly though!

Definitely feel like they should honour it for those of us who didn't take the mick. They should have been clear in T&C's about a limit to the offer or a minimum spend if it was required.

They have replaced the £5 free offer with £5 off £10 so still a decent deal - my order was cancelled & the new conditional spend voucher has been added instead

A 2nd account I created for a family member where we did not use the £5 voucher has now had it cancelled & the 2500 pts recredited

Seems pretty fair IMO

I've just checked my account, and they have cancelled one of my DVDs. I did just the one order, which they split into two, and charged me 50p for each. So my voucher is now only worth £2.50?

I'm not getting the DVD I wanted.. Just the spare one to make up the £5 offered. I'm opening a new account. I didn't take advantage, so stuff them.

Still a little disgruntled, but they have honoured my new order, as have had dispatch emails for the three I ordered, and received two today, although not the original movie I was after, so assume was sent separately?

Not the same as having a free £5 voucher, but a good way to catch up on movies not readily available through Sky. One of my DVD cases was a bit grubby but it was used, so long as the film plays ok, I will be happy.
