If you agree then you'd be given a BRU (bankruptcy restriction undertaking) and it's usually more lenient than a BRO, which is done through the court and can last upto 15 years but that's only in very very extreme circumstances.
If it's only been a few weeks since you went BR, if you were to get a BRU then it'd be months down the line, try not to worry about it for now.
Omg,also meaning if am still not working, thn find work in a year time or 2 years time ill still have to set up a payment orderto pay off my creditors?
I thought even if i get a BRO illstillbe discharged within 12 months

No, no, no, noooooo!!
When you are discharged you can't get an IPA, even if you a BRO/U. It just extends the terms of BR.
Go to the Look Here First: Bankruptcy Help sticky. I n the first post there is a link to information on BRO/U's. Get yourself aquatinted with it and get knowledgeable on what may happen.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -
