Any communication that you have from any of your creditors then you need to pass it on to the OR so they are aware of any changes ASAP.

Who did you take advice from before going BR?

There is a tiny possibility but it is extremely rare now, usually given to the most simple cases who don't need a lot of work and are investigated and sorted in a month or so. But these are generally just put on the back burner now because the ORs do not have time to do all the paperwork involved in a ED nor do they have the money to.

I took advice from nationaldebt line who were shocking at giving advice.

Yes I've been told that in the last few months ED is being cut right back so I haven't got my hopes up and am expecting to get the full year.

It makes no difference on how much the debt is wrt ED, they used to do it with simple cases, either an IPA already set up or when circumstances seem unlikely to change but with limited funding now things are set more and more to be the full year for everyone and longer as they already are for those that they are unsure about, think Kerry Katona. She wasn't discharged for years.

That is vEry unusual, I would have rang CCCS as well and got a second opinion.

No you can't ask. If they have the time or inclination they may do it. Just think 12 months and then you won't be dissapointed

Send her an email or leave a message on the voicemail if it will let you or send a letter or to cover all bases do all three.

I email my OR, best way as it is quick and free and you have evidence it was sent.

Kerry is still not discharged, there was a suspension of discharge which is normally for not co-operating.

OP - if the debt existed at the time of your BR, then the company can provide a proof of debt to be included (even if they have since written off the debt).

if you do obtain work and get an IPA, then the OR fees get paid first, and only if there is anything left over does it go to creditors.
