 paid £2.09 each pack for Minstrals, Maltesers and Milkway Magic stars in T's yesterday to price check against £1.00 in Asda.
pp in today has them listed as £1.50 each, in T's - yet clearly on my receipt I have paid £2.09 a pack.
:(Not printed the pp as lower than expected (still deciding what to do - may take back and buy in A's).

:TWell done to all the Elite offspring and all the best with your future studies.

I started looking into my family tree and hit a brick wall. Unusual name (my grandmother on dad's side) but can't get past a certain point. Snap Ant the name sounds French, wonder if we are related :rotfl::rotfl:
QPR when you are less busy it would be great if you could help. My dad died when I was a child (also his brother) so can't ask them:(

    The free Family Tree programs

    https://familysearch.org/products
If you have windows download PAF
If you have Mac download MacFamily Tree

familysearch.org is also a good free search site but talk to relatives & find out is anyone has certificates letters etc.

dont put your name & address on the site unless you want the Mormon missionaries knocking on the door but they are harmless & provide all this info free.

    Thank you QPR :j:j

Have been reading the MSE thread on when peeps seriously bulk buy, and there are few responses along the lines of when the store pays you to do so :) or when something is 1p :D or when cs and other mocs stack to make it rude not to ;)

But one phrase did make me smile and think of 11+ ers - being STABLE, meaning you have a STAsh Beyond Life Expectancy and won't need to buy that particular product for some considerable time, maybe never again ....

Thanks RootedNomad this did make me laugh
    .
    on another note;

my son is going to college in glasgow.X

Congratulations blondynurse on your son's achievement
Mortgage debt 45,000. Thank you all for your help so far in helping me save to buy the house. I could not have done this without all your help.

Thanks I had a go with free BMD (free lists of births, marriages and deaths) and also had a trial free period (think it was a month) with Ancestory.
