A junior doctor came to see OH this morning and sent him for an ultrasound on his leg, the lady who did the ultrasound is someone whose treated him before and went and got the "Top Dog" consultant out of clinic to see him. Outcome is she's cancelled all clinic tomorrow morning and taking OH to theatre to amputate, don't know how far up they're going yet.
Hope the operation is ok tomorrow, hugs to you and your OHIf it wasn't for blinds it'd be curtains for all of us:dance:0 -
How much were they ? £2.50 in my local on Tuesday
£2.50 this evening. But I had £1 off coupons from the last issue of the A's magazineSo for £1.50 per tin, felt it was nice& presentable to get for peeps as an "extra" at Christmas.

Good evening everybody I have not managed to catch up properly. I hope you are well and have had some lovely shopping experiences today.
Well I have smiled all day after getting the BS glitch. My it is addictive in a very pleasant way.
well I had a Lovely shop today at Mr T the goods I bought were either reduced or I used a coupon. Love shops like like.
However when I read lookinforabargains post I was really amazed. That must have been such a buzz.

Gemini_Jes wrote: »I am with TalkTalk for both telephone and internet but for the last six months or so my internet connection has been unreliable, often no connection or very slow. Have called them several times and they test the line, can't find any fault and then connection is OK for a few weeks. Am so fed up with it now that am considering a different internet provider or fibre optic...would this make the connection more reliable?
My contract with TalkTalk has ended so they keep calling me to renew and offer me a cheaper rate but I keep stalling as reliability is more important than cost as my husband often works from home and needs internet.
Any advice would be appreciated..:):)HappyChappy84 wrote: »If the fault is in the line or the green box at the end of the street or even the exchange then I would think the fault would still be there regardless of who you go with, unless you go fibre, which is a totally different kettle of fish altogether. If the problem is your modem/router then getting another companies by switching to them should fix this. But unless you know this is actually the fault it's not worth going out and buying a new router.:(
Westies internet was playing up recently the way you have described but we put it down to the kids breaking up for the summer holidays. I think it's settled down now though so could just be one of those things.
they did say which proved correct, that there was something in my house or very close using a frequency that was interfering with my signal. when i have my house cordless phone near my laptop i kept losing connection. 1st of all have you tried using laptop with a wired connection (ethernet connection) or turning things off which also use wireless connections.0
