  • Good afternoon everyone.

Great to see Happy back posting - just behave now and use Facebook for any misbehaving you feel coming on :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Picked up my free toy from Wilkinsons today - manager was really nice and very apologetic about it being wrongly labelled :)

You can't make someone love you. All you can do is
stalk them & hope they panic & give in

God created men first, cause you always makes a rough draft before a masterpiece!

Thanks QPR but I really want to do this myself. I need to occupy my time lol. My family tree will be very complicated. I know there are are a few secrets to be uncovered, and I am now strong enough to know the truth. My parents are very secretive about our family. It has alot to do with me. Afree program would be great but I have a Mac, will that make a difference?

I understand that you want to do it yourself feel free to contact me if you are stuck though, I am unshockable when it comes to Family Trees, mine is quite boring but doing other peoples has been an eye opener over the years.

The program i had in mind doesnt work on Mac but they have one on there for Macs re Ancestry it is available for free in many libraries etc its only worth the subscription if you want to stay up into the small hours looking things up & was mentioned earlier ALWAYS check out for yourself any trees you find already done, my dads grandad died in London because my Mum & Dad found him & someone had him in a tree as dying in America !

Need to clear my pm box & I will send you the link & also to the person that pmd me, with one landline still not working & this one just hanging by a thread I'm a bit limited as to what I can do Internet wise at the moment. i feel like I'm using two tins cans & a piece of string :(

What an ordeal in Asda today on overcharge. Triple wax car shampoo showing £2 scanned £3. CS gave me my differance n didn't mention the gift card. I asked, she said that don't give them on such small overcharge, only ones over £1. Well a £1 overcharge seems to be a big % on what should be £2 charge. Anyhow she explained it was at her discretion. I told her I would call CS when get home. She called manager. Manager made up story that they only give them if you noticed when at home and have come back, not when you just come from till. I actually made it to the car before checking my reciept! Anyhow I pointed out I had gift card couple weeks ago for a few pence overcharge. Manager then went off call another manager, seems lots managers there, anyhow I never saw her call manager so presume she hid behind isle to pretend to call manager. I mean, how stupid are they thinking I'm that stupid to believe all this rubbish they are trying fill me with. Anyhow, the manager's manager decided I could have giftcard afterall and after wasting fifteen minutes of my time it was reluctantly processed with a ugly trout scowl.

I called CS when got home, I could wrote but that give Asda more time make some other rubbish up, I asked the policy first though. Bingo, they were making it all up, they now going get a retraining session. I'd be surprised if they do tbh, I'm getting a letter from them detailing my conversation though.

Poor show Asda, train your staff properly and don't leave it to the elite to do so.

I've had the £2 giftcard when I pointed out I was overcharged 7p on one occasion (OK two occasions because they didn't change the SEL and I bought the same thing again the next day) and another time for 2p overcharge

There is no minimum overcharge at all :mad:
Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen

    Oops, sorry about caps

Only 3 bottles! light weight, well that's plenty for you. A glass a night, approx 5-6 small glasses per bottle, that means you will be drunk for 15-18 days :p :rotfl::rotfl:

I know where North is and South :)

I asked my mum about East and West so we decided Scarborough was East and Blackpool West :D then laughed when we only thought East is out my backdoor and Blackpool front :rotfl::rotfl:

Never Eat Shredded Wheat that doesn't help us. :o

Hope you soon get your internet/phone working nothing worse than it playing it. :(

I know which part of the country places are but not where North is if I'm standing in my back garden :( I live in South East England, in West London ( which strictly speaking it isnt because I'm in Middlesex which does or does not exist depending who you talk to.
