Thought you would have got it after those instructions :rotfl: :rotfl:mymerrywidow wrote: »i have had a awful morning. i was woken at 8.15 by shouting/screaming outside. thinking it was kids, i ignored it, then there was alot of barking/growling. so i decided to look out of the window. i so wish i hadnt. 2 staff type dogs, were trying to get a little dog. the onwer of the little dog had picked her up and was trying to keep her out of the way ,the staff were then jumping at the owners legs to try and get to the little dog.
the owners of the staffs got their dogs back inside their homes.
it looks ike the little dog wont make it through the night. as she has too many bite wounds and is in severe shock.:(:(
that owner has had sticthes/glue on her legs.
the police are with the staff owners.
thankfully my son didnt hear/see anything.
That is so awful MMW and I am so glad your DS didn't hear or see it. These stories keep coming and something must be done about dogs not on leads. I have nothing against staffies as they are normally great family dogs, it's the owners of these type of breeds who make them what they are. I have a phobia about English Bull Terriers and break out into a sweat when I see one, having flashbacks to when one came running around our garden, grabbed my little black terrier up and shook him till he stopped squealingThe dog wouldn't let loose of him despite me hitting it on the head and body with the handle of the extending lead and then a heavy plank of wood. It then tried to run off with him dead in his mouth but I dragged my little dog loose by hauling him in on the lead, burning my hands on the lead doing so. This all took place just outside my own house, which was in a very rural location, and no-one about. My dog dead, me traumatised and nothing they could do about it. Dog baack with it's owner and no action taken. What if that had of been a small child
Sorry, but these stories bring it back to me. This happens time and time again and only if owners were made to keep their dogs on leads would it stop, or at least become rarer
I do hope that little dog you saw today pulls through MMW and you are ok after witnessing itMr 3Dogs 3-7-12
