Does you MrA have any of the other magazine mentioned (one with cake on) none near me have

Ooh all this talk of Devon I want to come down again. Did you ring MrA about the apg?

I did, and a gift card is winging my way.:):)
Really nice chap on the phone said he had the same thing happen with someone buying regular and decaff coffee in the same shop. They didn't count as seperate items. Also said buying ordinary and red onions could do the same thing....so will have to watch out for that next time.
My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.

Afternoon guys :j I am smiling today - today is a good day so far :D

I took Molly to the vets and he took her stitches out and, despite me being worried about her charging around all week and there being a knotted lump under the outer stitches, he said she is fine and that will settle :j :j :j :j :j

Postman finally brought my letter from Mr 3Dogs' pension which confirms that I will receive the money due as a lump sum for the two policies :j :j which means I can now look for my new car :j :j :j :j :j I've got to admit I was worried in case I had to take the fund as an annuity/pension, which would have been ok, but would not enabled me to get a new car and I really feel that, if I could afford it, a new car was what I needed, for peace of mind more than anything. A reliable car that I could maintain cheaply is what I need, so very happy with that :j :j :j :j

The other thing is that Alan thought he was going to get this money paid to him under special rules for terminal illness and it put his mind at rest that I could get a new car and would have a little money in the bank behind me, after he was gone. Something we have never really had during our time together. However, due to the doctor taking his time signing the medical form and Alan going so quickly in the end, that was not to be and I had to apply for death benefits from his pension instead. He will be pleased that I will be getting the lump sum :D:D

    So lots of :j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j from me today, and a nod to Alan up there watching ;)

Fantastic pic of the moon Nahteb :T :T

Fantastic day for you FK and love those [STRIKE]legs[/STRIKE] new shoes

Back to my old routine now - taking my disabled neighbour shopping in her car :D

I've caught up till the Jigsaw Queen Westie said good morning so will be back later to do the rest

How lovely to read your post 3Dogs. I'm really pleased for you. :A:A

Yes this is normal for this combination. A call to a supervisor usually sorts the problem as they clearly say ANY lenor on the voucher.

I might use a few today on the big bottles that are on offer for £1.68. I have a 3 off 20 to used too.

    Fag packet calculations.......

    12 bottles 20.16
minus 12 coupons and 3 off 20 is 5.16 for 12 bottles or 43p a bottle. Sounds ok to me. No aggro and a variation of flavours instead of the same ones all the time. :)

Just nipping on quick and no time to catch up but took Auntielala shopping with "car" coupons;)and we did exactly that, got loads of the £1.68 Lenor and Nannylala had put a bit of shopping through first and got a £3 off £20 spend so I pinched that and combined it with vouchers for Auntielala and also got the big boxes of Ariel that are down from £7.59 to £4, then £3 with coupon. Then got her some ambipurs and cereal so all in all a great coupon shop for Auntielala:T:T:T
    Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:

Hi I dont know if anyone can help but I remember from several posts back that there were cheap napkins at Tesco's and I think that they were the hawaian flower ones. When I went to Tesco's I found them but there wasn't a sel price next to them and they scanned at 97p are these the ones as that sounds expensive to me. Also with the two veggies for a pound i.e lettice and peppers and the discount not being shown I can report that it doesn't work with the pre packed beetroot as the discount comes off but on the good side I did get a free pizza which will go down very well with the beer.
Have a good evening everyone and hugs to all that need them.
Nice to see Mrs 3dogs posting.
